2007 Kona Coffee Festival Cupping Contest Winners

1st Place: Kona Old Style (organic)
Kona Old Style is located on 2.5 acres in Kealakekua at 2,200 feet elevation. THe farm has been certified organic by the Hawaii Organic Farmers Association for 30
years and its coffee trees are 100 years old.

2nd Place: Malia Ohana (transitioning to organic)
Malia’s family owns The Kona Coffee and Tea Company, and she bought this smaller farm two years ago upon returning home from college.

3rd Place: J. Yokoyama Farm
Bob McDonald’s farm neighbors Kona Old Style farm in Kealakekua.
